When booking an initial consultation with me, you’ll receive a consultation form by email shortly after your booking confirmation, please check your junk folder if you haven’t received it within 30 minutes. Please ensure this is completed prior to your appointment time.
An initial consultation is required for anyone who has not had a treatment with me before or who has not been for treatment for more than 12 months.
Cancellation policy: Please note that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for appointment changes. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

Reproductive health consultations offer an in-depth review of your medical history, symptoms and test results. You’ll receive clear clinical insight, practical next steps, a personalised fertility report where appropriate, and referrals if needed. This is available for individuals and couples.
