When booking an initial consultation with me, you’ll receive a consultation form by email shortly after your booking confirmation, please check your junk folder if you haven’t received it within 30 minutes. Please ensure this is completed prior to your appointment time.

An initial consultation is required for anyone who has not had a treatment with me before or who has not been for treatment for more than 12 months.

Cancellation policy: Please note that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for appointment changes. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

Please be aware, due to my maternity leave starting at the end of July 2026, I will no longer be able to take on new clients from the following dates:

Fertility clients from May 11th 2026 and all other clients from June 20th.

This is to ensure you receive continuous support throughout your journey.

I will be setting up a waiting list from these dates, should you wish to wait for my return approximately 3 months later (November 2026).
